international orders

Most often, this is due to an incorrectly entered customer address or if the package is refused by the customer. We are not responsible for incorrectly entered customer shipping addresses. Please double check your shipping information before checkout or contact us with your updated shipping address before your order ships, so we can update it. If your order is returned  due to an incorrect customer address, we will contact you for an updated address so we can re-ship your order- customer is responsible for the reshipment fee.

Please check all unexpected places you can receive mail and contact the shipping courier for more details on where your package was left. Please note, we are not responsible for packages once they have left our warehouse.

tracking says delivered, but you have not received it

Please contact the shipping courier to locate your lost package. If the courier is unsuccessful, please contact us within 15 days of the estimated delivery date so we can submit a claim and send you a replacement item at no extra cost.

Lost packages

if you received an item that is damaged in the mail or has a printing error, please email us within 5 days of delivery. Please include your order number along with photos of the damage. Provided that the damage is due to an error on our part, we will send a replacement of the same size/color/style at no extra cost to you.
